Our recruiting process is based on trust, transparency, confidentiality and above all, respect. We fully recognize that our work has the potential to touch and transform people’s lives in profound ways.  Unlike other recruiters, who often use mass emailings, impersonal search methods or online job boards, we invest a great amount of time into our searches.  We are very thorough and very selective.  We take the time to get to know the candidate, assess how his/her experiences align with the position, and describe the company's culture and potential career tracks. At every step of the recruiting process, from interviews to offers, we will be there, shepherding the recruiting process to a win-win outcome.
